Sprouting Sleep

Holistically nurturing families to promote sleep without sleep training

NO 'CRY IT OUT' NECESSARY

Nurturing our babies and honouring their individual sleep needs is essential in creating lifelong positive sleep foundations. Making changes to your baby's sleep routine can feel like a daunting task, especially when you don't know where to start, but it doesn't have to be this way!

A holistic approach to parenting and sleeping

I do not recommend leaving your baby to cry or entering your baby's room at timed intervals. This is a strictly no sleep training approach. I strongly believe in the power of attachment based parenting and will guide you through making changes while still supporting your baby or toddlers emotional needs. Some changes may be difficult for children who are accustomed to a certain comfort measure, so understanding this can enable a little more compassion when transitioning through this phase, but you will do so together and with support and connection and by maintaining a loving bond.

Do you still have questions?

How do I know Sprouting Sleep is suitable for me?

Sprouting Sleep is not suitable for you if you are looking for a quick fix. The gentle approach to baby and toddler sleep does not allow for drastic changes to be made quickly, and this is best for not only your child but for the parent as well, making changes can be overwhelming for both parties.

HAPPY CUSTOMERS

You really helped me set realistic, age appropriate expectations with a different baby to the first and navigate tricky transitions. You helped me see my baby from their point of view to understand their behaviour which made it easier to be more empathetic and responsive as a Mumma. You helped me realise when I felt disregulated and what to do about it. Awesome, patient and insightful, I never felt judged. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

How refreshing to be given infant sleep advice from an educated and passionate professional From the first few posts that Lauren shared on her Instagram page, I knew our parenting styles and values aligned. Her view on sleep and the information she shared really resonated with my instincts and validated every decision I had made to date. Lauren has been supportive, honest and so responsive to my endless questions along the way. She has given simple, gentle and achievable strategies to get us more sleep without any pressure to go against those all important Mumma instincts. She's inspired and boosted my confidence as a first time mum and I'll be forever grateful for her advice and support. This isn't just a job for her, it's her passion to educate and support families about normal infant sleep. Our boy has come leaps and bounds over the last few months and we have Lauren to thank. I'd recommend her support to everyone I know

We could not thank Lauren enough, not only did she help with our 1 year old sleep patterns but she was also such a gentle and responsive person to work with. I felt so heard and seen in our first consultation. Lauren offers detailed insight to normal sleep and patterns for babies which made transitioning to a floor bed so much less stressful. She was always approachable and quick to respond to any questions we had. Lauren always made sure we were comfortable with any changes being made and ensured those changes weren't on a strict timeline which felt more natural and baby-led.
